After Jerkology rehearsal tonight, I was taking the Red Line train back home and there were some Cubs fans on the train who had decided to leave the game a little early. The one Cub fan sitting in front of me was holding an All-Star ballot, looking through the names and punching out the holes for the players he wanted to vote for.
Okay, so this guy is already placing his votes for the All-Star game and most teams have only played around 20 games. Really? This is how the voting works? Twenty games into the season and people are casting votes for this? That's awesome. We're getting a real accurate picture of how these players will perform this season from the first 20 games.
I hate baseball.
